Margaret Doherty's Wedding 08/08/08
John's cousin Margaret married her fiance Mike Higgins on Friday the 8th August. The ceremony was conducted in Calary with the reception held afterwards in the Clarion Hotel in Sligo.

Moving In 04/08/08
To celebrate our first wedding anniversary on the 4th August John and I finally moved into our new home! It is far from finished but it's good enough for us. The carpet upstairs will just have to wait! John has even brought 2 new family members to live with us Grouse and Bruno the sons of his red setter Robin (RIP).

My friend from St Joseph's Secondary School Helen Hamilton married her fiance Al on Friday the 01st August. The ceremony was conducted in Balivor Church with the reception held afterwards in the Barberstown Castle in Straffan Co Kildare.

Jackie McNamara's Wedding 11/07/08
John's cousin Jackie married her fiance Derek O'Flaherty on Friday the 11th July. The ceremony was conducted in Rochfortbridge Church with the reception held afterwards in the Athlone Springs Hotel.

Phillippa's Hen Party 05/07/08
My older sister Phillippa celebrated her hen party on Saturday the 5th July. The theme for the night was 'Sex and the City' in celebration of the movie released earlier this year. However due to the recession it had to be held in Dublin City rather than New York City! The night kicked off with Cosmopolitans in Rush Cocktail Bar on South William Street. This was followed by dinner in the Boulevard Cafe and then Karaoke in Ukiyo Bar before we finally hung up our Manolo's in the early hours of the morning. A great night was had by all and there were definately some sore heads and throats the next day. (Most of all Phillippa's!!) Roll on Friday the 15th August when Phillippa aka Carrie finally marries her Mr Big aka Bren!

Evan Joyce's Christening 08/06/08
My nephew Evan was Christened on Sunday the 08th June in Granard, Co Longford. His parents Martin and Geraldine Joyce gave the honour of being Godparents to Edward Joyce and Brid Reilly.

Tommy Heeney's Wedding 23/02/08
John's younger brother Tommy married his fiance Rachel Groome on Saturday the 23rd February. The ceremony was conducted in Gainstown Church with the reception held afterwards in the Park Hotel in Mullingar. John was 1 of Tommy's 5 Groomsmen.

Evan Joyce 01/02/08
My brother Martin and his wife Geraldine had their first baby and the first Joyce Grandchild on Friday the 1st February at 1:20 in the morning. They named the baby Evan and he weighed 7 lbs 8 ounces. Here is a link to Evan's very own website created especially for him by his Uncle Edward!!

All us ACCA members were unfaithful as we headed to the CIMA Ball in the Conrad Hotel in Dublin on Saturday the 17th November 2007. Check out John's Cummerbund, it's very 007!

My friend Paul held a Fancy Dress Party in Rathmines for Halloween on Friday the 26th October. I went dressed as a leopard! Suprise suprise!

Myself, John and a group of friends went to the Ryan Tubridy Show on Saturday the 29th September 2007. To our suprise 5 of us were picked out of the audience to play a terrible dancing game which I have uploaded into the Wedding Video for anyone who wants a laugh!!
